Which membership is right for me?
Free is best for basic research and trying Programs Explorer. Essentials provides full program access, complete research tools, and an expanded workspace. Premium adds customization and our full proprietary intelligence for applicants who want an additional edge.
What is In-Depth View?
In-Depth View brings the information needed to evaluate a program into one place, including requirements, rankings, application intelligence, historical cases, outcomes, difficulty indicators, timing signals, and expert context. Essentials includes the program overview. Premium unlocks the full intelligence layer.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Yes. An upgrade begins immediately after the successful prorated payment. A downgrade begins at your next renewal, so you keep your current membership access through the period you already purchased.
Can I cancel, and what happens to my saved work?
Yes. Canceling stops your next renewal, while your paid access continues through the end of the month you purchased. Cancellation or downgrade does not delete your saved work. Items above the lower membership's allowance remain visible but locked and become available again when you upgrade.
Are membership payments refundable?
Monthly membership payments are normally non-refundable. Canceling prevents the next renewal without shortening the month you already purchased. If you believe a charge requires individual review, contact us.
