Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of Grad School Navigator. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Information and your responsibility
Grad School Navigator is a research tool that provides graduate-program information, search and comparison tools, rankings, applicant-reported information, and application-planning features. It is not a university, admissions office, or professional adviser.
You are solely responsible for how you use the service and for every decision you make. Before you rely on information from Grad School Navigator, you must verify deadlines, requirements, costs, funding, eligibility, application instructions, and other important facts directly with the relevant university, program, or official authority.
Information in the service may come from universities, public sources, third-party sources, and applicant reports. It can be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, incorrectly matched, or unavailable. Applicant reports are self-reported and are not independently verified unless we clearly say otherwise.
Rankings, comparisons, estimates, summaries, and other derived information are not official university statements and do not predict an individual result. Grad School Navigator does not guarantee admission, funding, scholarships, visa approval, employment, academic outcomes, or any other result.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account. You may use the service for your own lawful graduate-school research and planning.
- Do not use the service unlawfully or violate another person's rights.
- Do not submit false information or another person's private information.
- Do not bulk scrape, copy, resell, or republish the service or its data.
- Do not bypass access tiers, rate limits, authentication, or security controls.
- Do not disrupt the service or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Paid subscriptions
Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and included features are shown before payment. If a subscription renews automatically, it will continue until you cancel it. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Except where required by law, charges for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for keeping your payment information current.
Ownership and third parties
Grad School Navigator and its licensors retain all rights in the service, including its software, design, branding, database compilation, rankings, methods, and original content. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
The service may link to or rely on universities and other third-party services. We do not control or guarantee third-party content or services. A reference or link does not imply endorsement, partnership, or approval. Your use of a third-party service is subject to that provider's terms and policies.
Availability and termination
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including data coverage, rankings, features, access tiers, and prices. We do not promise that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that stored information will never be lost.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, fail to pay an amount due, or create legal, security, or operational risk.
Service provided as is
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and all information in it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service or its information is accurate, complete, reliable, current, available, secure, error-free, or suitable for your needs.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grad School Navigator, its operator, and their directors, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for any loss of data, opportunity, admission, funding, revenue, profit, or goodwill, arising from or related to the service or your reliance on its information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms and change the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable additional notice. Your continued use after the revised Terms take effect means that you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Grad School Navigator is operated by ZLR MSP Information Technology HK Limited.
If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the remaining parts will continue to apply. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
