Grad School Navigator Rankings

Grad School Navigator publishes two rankings. The Overall University Rankings compare the overall strength of 500 universities. The Subject Rankings compare universities for graduate study in 37 subjects. Use the Overall University Rankings to judge a university as a whole. Use the Subject Rankings when your choice depends on a field and the career it leads to.

The Overall University Rankings not only incorporate industry standard measures such as academic output, citations and reputation, it also uniquely incorporates application choices and applicant demand. We are the only publication that places emphasis on this, and we do this using Elo style ratings from a large corpus of real application data. Similarly, the Subject Rankings are also built on both industry standard measures as well as applicant demand. However, our Subject Rankings focus on graduate schools across 37 common fields.
