About SKEMA Business School

SKEMA Business School is a French grande ecole created in 2009 by the merger of ESC Lille, founded in 1892, and CERAM Business School at Sophia Antipolis, founded in 1963. Lille remains a principal campus, alongside Paris La Defense, Sophia Antipolis, Suzhou, Raleigh in North Carolina, Belo Horizonte, and Stellenbosch. It is a multi-campus business school rather than a full-spectrum university.

Departments cover strategy, finance, marketing, project management, international business, and the application of data and artificial intelligence to management. Graduate students follow the Grande Ecole Master in Management, specialized MSc tracks, MBA programs, and a doctoral school. Research groups work on sustainability, innovation, and finance across the campuses.

The school enrolls about 9,000 to 10,000 students, with a high international share and representation from more than 100 countries. Faculty combine research academics and practitioners. Alumni work in consulting, finance, luxury goods, aviation, and technology in Europe, China, and North America.

Graduate awards include the Master in Management, specialized MSc degrees, MBA, and PhD or DBA research degrees. Teaching is coursework- and project-based, often in English, and campus mobility is built into many tracks. Internships are a standard part of the French business-school year. In Lille, students are in a northern European city with high-speed rail to Paris, Brussels, and London.

In the Grad School Navigator directory, SKEMA Business School lists 2 graduate programs in business & management: 1 master's program and 1 doctoral program.
